How is this different from AiSensy, Interakt, or WATI?+
Those platforms are SaaS template builders — you DIY a generic FAQ tree using their drag-and-drop interface. Our chatbot is a custom AI trained specifically on your business data via RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). It answers product/price/policy questions directly from YOUR data instead of routing to a human menu. Most clients use template tools for 6 months, hit a wall on answer quality, and switch to a personalized bot like ours.
Do I need a verified WhatsApp Business account?+
We help you set one up if you don't have one. WhatsApp Business API requires a verified business profile through Meta's Business Solution Provider — we handle the provisioning, verification, and green-tick (verified business) application process. You retain ownership of the number and the API access.
What does Meta charge per WhatsApp conversation?+
Meta's per-conversation rates (passed through at cost): service messages within the 24-hour customer-initiated window are FREE. Utility/authentication messages and marketing messages are billed at Meta's published rates. We help you optimize template usage to minimize this cost.
Can the bot handle EU and Indian languages?+
Yes — natively. For European languages we use OpenAI multilingual models plus ElevenLabs / Cartesia for voice (best quality French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch). For Indian languages we use Sarvam AI (better accuracy than global models for Hinglish, Hindi typed in English script, etc.). Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese supported on request. Code-switching mid-conversation is handled automatically.
Where do leads end up?+
By default, leads go to a Google Sheet you control. CRM integration is available: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Freshsales, or any CRM with a webhook/REST API. We can also push to Airtable, Notion, Excel, or send a Slack/Teams/email alert per lead — scoped per quote.
How long does setup take?+
7–10 working days for simpler scopes, 10–14 for standard integrations, 14–21 for complex custom builds. Day 1: discovery call. Day 2–4: data collection from you (product catalog, FAQs, scripts). Day 5–8: training, RAG indexing, integration with WhatsApp + CRM. Day 9–10: testing with you and go live.
Can I cancel later? Am I locked in?+
Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Setup fee is non-refundable once work begins. We hand over all data, prompts, configuration, and the full WhatsApp Business API account on exit — no lock-in.
What happens when the bot can't answer?+
It escalates gracefully. The bot recognizes when a question is outside its trained knowledge or requires human judgment, then either (a) collects the contact and notifies your team via Slack/Teams/email, or (b) hands off the live WhatsApp chat to a human agent in your support tool. Configurable per workflow.
