We're a remote-first team with two regional presences. truvenix.eu serves the European Union (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, and beyond) with EUR pricing and GDPR-compliant deployments. truvenix.in serves India in INR pricing. Both are run by the same engineering team. We also take on engagements globally (US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada).

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. EU clients see EUR pricing on truvenix.eu with GDPR-compliant data residency (AWS Frankfurt / Hetzner / OpenAI EU data zone). India clients see INR pricing on truvenix.in. For other regions (US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada) we provide USD-equivalent quotes on request and work in your timezone.

Are you GDPR compliant for EU clients?

Yes. We provide a GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request for any client. Data residency options include AWS Frankfurt and Hetzner (Germany). LLM inference uses OpenAI's EU data zone. Voice processing for European languages uses ElevenLabs (EU region) or Cartesia. Vector embeddings and conversation logs stay in EU regions for European clients.

Are you different from AiSensy, Interakt, or WATI?

Yes. Those platforms are SaaS template builders — they give you a generic FAQ tree and broadcast tools. Truvenix builds a custom AI that actually understands your products, prices, and customer questions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Your chatbot will answer specific product or pricing questions instead of routing to a human menu.

We connect your WhatsApp Business number to a chatbot trained on your business data — products, pricing, FAQs, policies. Customers message your number and the bot replies with accurate, contextual answers in any language you support. Leads are pushed to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) or a Google Sheet automatically. WhatsApp Business API is provisioned through Meta's Business Solution Provider — Meta's per-conversation fees are passed through to you at cost.

Truvenix fees cover software, deployment, retraining, and support. Voice minutes (Sarvam / ElevenLabs), AWS infrastructure, and telephony (Exotel / Twilio) are billed directly to your AWS and provider accounts — no overage from us. Pricing is custom per customer. Are WhatsApp conversation fees included?

No — Meta's WhatsApp Business API fees are billed directly to your WhatsApp BSP account (AiSensy, Gupshup, etc.), not added to your Truvenix invoice. Service messages (customer-initiated, within the 24-hour window) are free. Utility/authentication messages and marketing messages are billed at Meta's published rates. Voice agents use a dedicated virtual number from Twilio or MessageBird (EU clients) or Plivo or Exotel (India clients). We can mask outbound calls to display your business name. Porting your existing landline/DID is available — scoped during your setup call.
