1Does the AI integrate with ClinicMaster, Insta HMS, or AlemHealth?
Yes — these have standard REST APIs or webhook patterns we plug into during setup. Custom HIS integrations are scoped per clinic and included in your quote.
2What about Daman, Thiqa, or ADNIC insurance verification?
Eligibility-check workflows are available as add-ons in your quote. The AI can ping your insurer's API (if your clinic has portal access) to confirm coverage before booking. Capability depends on what API access your insurer has provisioned to your clinic.
3Does the AI handle Arabic dialects — Khaleeji, Egyptian, Levantine?
Yes. The AI is trained on the dialect mix of your patient base. Default voice tone is Modern Standard Arabic appropriate for clinical contexts. ElevenLabs voice handles all major Gulf dialects naturally.

8What happens to patient data and call recordings if we cancel?
Everything stays in your AWS account. We deactivate our cross-account access and walk away. You can run the agent yourself or hand it to another vendor. No data lock-in by design.
